We had an horrid experience staying at this place - the young man at the reception, Ben, was asked for a downstairs room due to disablity, but he deliberately put us in an upstairs room which caused a health and safety situation and distress to us - our room had not been cleaned and this young man told cleaners we were 'late check ins' which we were not. I wrote demanding our money back but all they done was to deposit one nights accommodation into our account and no letter of apology for the stress and distress let alone the problems we had getting wheelchair and disabled son up a nasty flight of stairs - who can help us get these nasty people. The young man Ben found it amusing the trouble and problems he caused us.
