    I was recommended by a friend to visit Vidatherapy because I had pain in my neck and shoulders and I had been suffering from tension headaches for about 3 months. After the first treatment of Deep Tissue massage I had the best nights sleep since I can remember. After the following session my neck and shoulders felt more released, mobile and free of pain. After four more treatments my headaches had completely gone and I felt relaxed, happier and more alive.
