About Us

We currently have pupils aged between 16 to 80 all enjoying the benefits of our Pilates courses. Why not join them and find out what keeps them coming back for more. Our classes are all mat work based at St. Michael and All Angels Church and the ArtsEd School near Turnham Green tube station. They last for 1hr 15 minutes with a maximum of 14 students per class.
