Without doubt, the worst experience I have ever had with a tradesman. If you have no option other than to use Leigh Andrew (LJA Carpentry & Joinery) then I highly recommend you get a written contract detailing the exact scope of work. Regrettably I only had a verbal contract which he deviated from on both price and scope. The standard of his work is anyway fairly average so there is no good reason to deal with him in place of someone more trustworthy.
