    they do not give receipts and if asked they will threaten to remove the windscreen that they replaced, i booked service with them and confirmed that VAT and Labour is included and it was, but everything changed once they fited the windscreen. they got very fussy once i asked for the VAT receipt/invoice and started saying they have no time to waste and that they already had problem with 2 other customers.
