Self Defence Classes

I found this martial art school online, and was interested to see what was different about Choi Kwang Do. Having never done a martial art before, I expected a lot of shouting and kicking. However, the instructor was inspirational and encouraging. I would recommend CKD Richmond to all - both young and old - including newcomers - who would like to learn a good form of self defence and keep fit.

Excellent martial art classes
