Brief description

Taekwon-Do is a Korean Martial Art and can be practise by both adults and children. TUES & THURS 4:45pm-5:45pm beginners only (children 5-8 years old); 5:45pm-6:45pm beginners and advance (children from 9+ years old) Hounslow United Reformed Church, 114 Hanworth Road, Hounslow, TW3. Trade Bodies / Associations

International Taekwon-Do Federation, All European Taekwon-Do Federation and TKDImpact. Mr Raymundo Recentes is currently training with and under the guidance of Master Donato Nardizzi 8th degree Blackbelt. Mr Recentes started Taekwon-Do training in 1989.

Tae kwon-Do training is ideal for developing personal life skills such as self-discipline, build confidence, goal setting, respect and improve fitness. Classes are held in a friendly, small groups with quality teaching. Fully qualified instructor CRB police checked.
