Lack of education for employees

I started working in this company and received 3 days training before I was sent out to clients. Some people at my training group had no experience of home care work at all and they didn't get any more training than I did. Schedules to make from a client appointment to another were too tight so it was impossible to be there in time. Working times were terrible: First visit was 8 AM and last one ended at 10 PM so I barely got proper night sleep between those. I would never recommend this company for anyone either as home care worker or client.
