Hamish James Associates is a Building Surveying practice combining the best of the world class expertise of Chartered Building Surveyors.
We have a world perspective of commercial property matters gained from experience of working in New Zealand and Australia, where a more tenant commercial bias exists.

We strongly believe in giving holistic advice to you, the client, as an integral part of your team rather than just providing a report.

Hamish James Associates has a core team of staff and an extensive resource base of multi-disciplined sub-consultants, whom we work closely with, to provide a seamless single point of contact service to you.

We are passionate about clear, transparent communications and the avoidance of confusion. At all times you, the client, will have access to the principal person executing your instructions.

We avoid providing just technical advice which, while certainly factual, does not necessarily help you make sound or profitable decisions.

Hamish James Associates believe in providing sound commercial and professional advice. Wherever possible, we try to guide & steer clients though the grey areas and risks that are inherent with property.
