We've enjoyed being members having joined just under a year ago. There have been issues regarding facilities not functioning but these are usually resolved within a week or so. Generally a very good experience. Sometimes busy at crunch times as expected. Haven't managed to do all that is on offer within the membership but still very happy to have a swim enjoy the spa and play a little squash/use the gym from time to time. Playground good for little one in the summer. Food must be improved.
