My Daughter had highlights at this salon on staines road west Sunbury/Ashford and although the colour looked ok in salon lights,in daylight the disaster revealed itself.The colour was yellow not blonde and uneven as the highlights were left at the back longer than the top section(there was only one pot of bleach so they were not using different strengths)The outcome was uneven,dirty yellow highlights.That could be excused but what happened next is a PR nightmare.I rang the salon manager (a foreign,mature lady) to try and explain my daughter was unhappy but before the story was out she said"you are happy,you lie we see you on video happy and you recommend to your family friends,you no get refund ,goodbye".and put the phone down on me . I am astonished that there was no effort at all to try and salvage a customer,nobody mentioned a refund,my daughter was hoping to go in and have things put right but this extremely rude reaction is a blatant disregard for customer care and service.Can they not forsee the damage an unhappy client does when the reputation of the salon is ruined by word of mouth,when my daughter chats to her friends about this awful experience.Can they not forsee the loss of potential new clients,my daughter could have brought them new custom if things had been put right?As for my daughter being video taped during her salon visit, well,isnt some law being broken there!!What a shocker,no wonder they take your £20 deposit when you book the appointment and say if you are late or change the appointment you lose the deposit.The advert for the special offer states this salon is under new management,I cannot envisage the salon enjoying a thriving business for years to come with such apalling business ethics.I guess as the old saying goes "you only get what you pay for" so young people be careful where you spend your hard earned money,a special offer may not be special at all.
